We had a sewer backup and called B & M Septic and Construction. They came out to pump the septic tank and immediately noticed a root issue. The team did an exploratory dig, found where the roots were entering the system, and came back the next day to fix it. Throughout the process, they were friendly, prompt, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the issue was fully resolved. We’re very grateful for their quick response and excellent service—highly recommend!

We called these guys out to replace our septic tank when it was falling in. They were very reasonably priced and came when they said they were coming. Later when our piping from the tank to the lagoon blocked up, they responded very promptly and came out to check the situation and sent out a crew to repair it promptly. Very reasonable to deal with and responsive. Would definitely recommend them!

This company was fantastic. I was in desperate need of having my tanks pumped. Other companies couldn't or wouldn't do the work. On short notice they send Wes out to service or tank. They were professional and on time. I can't say enough about how good the customer service was. I will be using them going forward. Great company that genuinely seems to care for their customers.
